Design your own reusable

beeswax food wraps

After the success of the first edition Alyson is back for more workshops! One before Christmas, in case you want to make your own eco presents, and one after, in case you prefer to offer as a Christmas present a gift voucher to someone to attend the workshop!

Alyson, also known as The Bee Lady, from Hives and Herbals is a Bristol based bees keeper. Join her to learn about her love story for bees, learn more about the bees themselves and most of all design and make your own reusable beeswax wrap!

This 2 hours workshop will allow you to make 1 large 33cmx33cm and 1 medium 25cmx25cm wraps.

Using fabric pens to draw or write on 100% cotton pieces, you will produce a unique piece of art which will then be dipped in beeswax to make your very own beeswax food wrap.

You will also have the opportunity to buy directly from her some lip balms, hand creams, beeswax candles, candle making kits and honey!

All tools and materials are provided but you are welcome to bring your own 100% cotton pieces of textile.

Extra wax for making more beeswax wraps at home will be for sale too.

For adults with or without children from age 7.

£15 Adult only
